Combining Pranayama (breathwork), Asana (postures), Body Awareness, Meditation, Self-Acceptance, and Compassion, "Yoga with Natalie" will guide you back to your authentic self. 
 
Natalie believes that all yoga is one yoga.  Her style is a mixture of Kripalu, Vinyasa, and Hatha styles.
