“Why is she the best??? well for someone like me who is NOT flexible she is both gentle and vigorous. If you can't do a pose she encourages you to modify it and does so in a gentle nonjudgmental way. She also includes a mindfulness/meditation aspect to each class where she reads various poems and shares insights that feel like they were meant just for you and your current struggle. The music she plays is perfect for helping you take your yoga to a whole other level."

“I Love Yoga with Natalie. Natalie is the right balance of supportive and challenging (what yoga really should be). As a bonus to a great stretch, I always feel like I've learned something from her readings that I can use to get through the rest of the week. Amazing!!!

"A balance between strength, stretching and meditation... Natalie's a great teacher. she's sweet and funny and down to earth and that comes through in her practice. She gives good direction with modifications, and creates a good flow from setting intention to challenging your body to clearing your mind for the coming week."

"I've been coming to Natalie's classes for almost a year, and every session is still something a little different and special. A great class for beginners and for more experienced yogis.
