About Me
Hi, I'm Natalie!- a nature-loving, amateur birder, and avid walker who can be found baking, sipping tea, and trying to get through my stack of to-be-read books when not teaching or doing yoga! I come from a creative arts background where I grew my love of art, music, and dance.
I am a certified and registered Kripalu Yoga Teacher. I received my 200 Hour teaching certificate in 2008. I have been teaching joyfully for the past 17+ years and am interested in helping you manage chronic pain with yoga as well as reducing anxiety and depression. Yoga is a mind/body exploration and way of life. Yoga is not about standing on your head or getting a workout, at least for me! Yoga is about creating balance in your life; your body, and in your mind.
My students love the pace of my classes, my yoga voice (it's true), the inspiring poems I read, and the wisdom of yoga I share to live a more happy, peaceful life! If you are looking for a down-to-earth yoga teacher who will give you practical tools for living your best life and someone who likes to make you laugh, you've come to the right place!
