Sunday March 19th at 4pm-6pm
This 1 hour and 45 min "gentle" yoga workshop will include
*An Introduction to the new Ayurvedic season: Kapha.
*Learn how to support your mind/body in this new cycle
*We will create intentions, practice asana (postures), and meditation
*Purification breath techniques
*Stimulation of lymph and organs that help keep our immune systems up
*Long guided relaxation and restorative postures to close our practice.
