COZY WINTER RESTORATIVE YOGA
LIVE ONLINE!
Nature rests in winter. Animals, Trees, and Plants are conserving and storing energy for the Spring. If you follow nature's path you will be resting more in Winter too. You are nature and nature is in you, therefore take time to calm your body and mind with restorative yoga this winter and you will have all the energy you need in Spring.
❄️It's time to rest in long held supported yoga poses that rejuvenate both body and spirit using props like bolsters, blocks, and blankets to help you fully rest and let go of tensions.
❄️Winter is a time of rest, reflection, and hibernation. When we align ourselves with the energy of the season we will feel more attuned to our deepest selves and more balanced in mind and body
THIS CLASS IS ACCESSIBLE TO EVERYONE!
PROPS: One yoga bolster, 2 blankets, 2 blocks, and a yoga strap. You can use common household items like cushions, pillows, or books if you don't have the above.
