Welcome to Yoga with Natalie!

​I'm so glad you landed here!  Life can be stressful. Our bodies change as we grow older, life has it's ups and downs, it can be hard to juggle it all... and that's where yoga comes in! 

Through my classes you will learn to re-connect to yourself and what's truly important, you will also learn relaxation techniques, yoga postures- emphasizing safety and correct alignment, and mindful breathing. 

My classes are not just for your body or mind but for your WHOLE BEING: emotions, thoughts, physical sensations; these are all part of you!  My hope is that you will take what you learn and bring it off the yoga mat into your life where it most matters!  Whether you are new to yoga, healing from an injury, or dealing with chronic back pain I will hold space for you and help you get yourself back on track to feeling good again!

Each class begins with centering, breathing, and warm-ups. We have a theme for each class and resting period at the end where I will read you an inspiring poem.


WHAT LEVEL ARE THE CLASSES? 
All of my classes are good for beginners through advanced. This is not "workout" yoga, the aim isn't to break a sweat but to learn how to move mindfully, safely, and with ease.  My students say my classes are so much more than a class--they feel calmer, more joyful, lighter, and re-connected to themselves.  I can't wait for you to be part of our community.
