There is no yoga class like Natalie's! There is welcoming, love, happiness, so much acceptance and you always leave so much more relaxed and clear headed than when you arrived. I will never stop taking these classes.

“I thoroughly enjoy Natalie’s Yin Yoga online class. Even though the class is held remotely, her warm and welcoming manner gives the feeling of being with her in person. Natalie is a very knowledgeable and experienced Yoga teacher. She is amazing in-person or online. I especially like the Online Gentle class on Wednesday mornings. I love how informal and easy going it is. I can jump on right after a workout, or right after a walk, or right out of bed. Obviously the yoga is wonderful, but she also teaches you how to be good to yourself as you would the people you love, and how to be kind to yourself. I think its something we all need. I have had some wonderful, soulful yoga instructors before and am grateful to them. But Natalie is the most knowledgeable, compassionate and generous instructor ever! She makes you feel special in your own right. Takes you through the class, (I do her online class) with simple instructions that she teaches must align with one's ability THAT day. We have a chat before class and can share with the other members how we're feeling, what we need from our practice, etc,. Natalie gears some of the class towards those needs. She shares so much of herself allowing us to better identify with her and vice versa. I recommend this class to anyone who is new to yoga, and/ or has special needs, i.e. hip problems, low energy, depression, sleep problems, etc. You will come away with more confidence and compassion within yourself, and look forward to class every week. If you are unable to make the online class that day, Natalie will send you the recording. Come join us!
