Natalie is a Certified and Registered Kripalu Yoga Teacher. She has been teaching joyfully for 14+ years and has interests in managing chronic pain with yoga as well as reducing anxiety and depression. Yoga is a mind/body exploration and way of life. Yoga is not about standing on your head or getting a workout. Yoga is about creating balance in your life; your body, and in your mind.
