Join us for feel-good Gentle Yoga that is easy on your joints! You don't have to be flexible, you will build flexibility. Free up your joints, release stress and stiffness. Our focus is on mindfully and slowly moving through relaxing postures to help open and stretch, release and relax, and build stability in our bodies and minds. Each class ends with relaxation lying down while I read you a poem.
Practice in a beautiful historic space overlooking the pond.

This class is a soft place to land after a long day. Dim lights, deep breaths, and basic yoga poses that stretch and release the whole body! We practice in a beautiful Ballroom at the Neighborhood House! You will leave feeling refreshed and relaxed after your long day.
