Gentle Yoga Series

Join me at the beautiful Setauket Neighborhood House for Gentle Yoga and meditative movement.
Let go of stress and worries as you move through gentle yoga postures that will help to stretch and relieve tension from your tight muscles.
Increase circulation in your joints and gently strengthen your body. As we move the body and stretch out tension we also focus on deepening our breath which will help calm the mind.
Gentle Yoga is meant to be easy and accessible to all! Class ends with meditation to quiet your mind and go into the rest of your day centered and relaxed! In order to participate, you must be able to get up and down from the floor on your own.
$132 for the 6-week series

Relieve stress and have fun in this light-hearted class for anyone and everyone but geared towards the beginner and basic yoga postures.
Enjoy a basic yoga class each week with inspiring themes and inspiration! Learn how to breathe properly and how to align your body in poses. I will give you lots of modifications for common problems such as low back pain, shoulder issues, and knees.
You will practice a well-rounded series of poses from lying down, seated, and standing. This class is great for those who are brand new to yoga or just enjoy the simple poses + breath that yoga has to offer.
I will help you work around any chronic pain or injuries and provide a safe practice for all. I will be your personal guide into the world of yoga helping you carve out your personal yoga journey.
