Learn to let go and surrender to the qualities of "Yin."  Yin is soft, receptive, meditative, and deep.  Postures are held for 3-5 minutes to release tension in and around the joints, ligaments etc, allowing the connective tissue to be gently stretched.  It's like a great massage or a hot bath.  A lovely way to re-connect to your mind, body, and spirit and to a wonderful friendly community! 

Can't make it?  You may request to complete a class or the whole series by recording. You have until Sunday of each week to watch.

​This is a great class for EVERYONE looking to slow down and focus mostly on stretching and relaxation. You will be guided through a series of warm-ups to increase joint mobility, standing and seated postures to stretch and strengthen your body, and guided relaxation to calm your mind. This class feels like a good massage and rings out all your tension and stress!

Restorative Yoga
3-part Friday Series

This 3-Part series is focused on restoring our bodies and recharging our energy reserves.  When we use props like blankets, cushions, and blocks we can hold the poses longer allowing our nervous systems to switch to rest and digest mode instead of fight or flight.  Reduce layers and layers of stress and find a deep calm within yourself.  


PROP ALERT:
Poses are supported by blankets, pillows, and other props.
No yoga props at home? You can use a couple of thick books, a couple of pillows from your bed, and any blankets that you'd like! Great for all levels. A wonderful way to de-stress and let go!

COST: $65 for all 3 sessions
