Our online community is more than just a yoga class. Each class includes sharing before and after class with community time and Q+A, a full length yoga class where I can see you and you can see me. I offer tips, pointers, and guidelines to keep your safe in your yoga practice. You can choose to have your camera on or off. All-Levels + Beginners (gentle/ moderate)
REALIGN your physical health, increasing strength in a gentle way, while practicing yoga and mindful movement in this empowering 4-part series! Help reduce pain associated with age-related muscle loss and strengthen your joints and bones!
☀️Build inner and outer strength GENTLY to help age gracefully with LESS PAIN.
☀️Move: Dynamic movement including yoga postures and some light weights (1-3lb weights or you can use cans). Gentle-Moderate Intensity.
☀️Yoga Nidra: all you have to do is lie down and listen for deep relaxation in this guided savasana. 15-minutes of Yoga Nidra feels like getting 1-2 hours of sleep!
What you get:
- 4 Sessions: 75-minute Yoga and Yoga Nidra
- Each Session will focus on both strength and relaxation
- Yoga Nidra – Deep relaxation for all the layers of your being (15-20 mins)

60 MIN SESSIONS
Learn to let go and surrender to the qualities of "Yin." Yin is soft, receptive, meditative, and deep. Postures are held for 3-5 minutes to release tension in and around the joints, ligaments etc, allowing the connective tissue to be gently stretched. It's like a great massage or a hot bath. A lovely way to re-connect to your mind, body, and spirit and to a wonderful friendly community!
Can't make it? You may request to complete a class or the whole series by recording. You have until Sunday of each week to watch.

This is a great class for EVERYONE looking to slow down and focus mostly on stretching and relaxation. You will be guided through a series of warm-ups to increase joint mobility, standing and seated postures to stretch and strengthen your body, and guided relaxation to calm your mind. This class feels like a good massage and rings out all your tension and stress!
